It's very easy and takes about 20 minutes once you get the hang of it. There's another animated stamp tutorial on DA (not mine) but mine's a "bluffer's" method ;)

I can't see myself making stamps (more like icons for LJ and such) but thanks for illuminating that photoshop lets you make animations! I honestly did not know that.
